UK standard delivery is £3.99 for orders below £50 and free for orders of £50 or more. Ready-made and personalised orders are dispatched within two working days after payment and all required details or approvals are received. Dispatch time is separate from carrier delivery time. Eligible standard products have a 14-day cancellation period, followed by a further 14 days to send them back. Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.
