About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Flower Says Craft storefront and to orders placed with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and handmade pieces may have small variations that form part of their character. Natural materials may also vary in grain, shade or texture. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised or a personalisation request cannot safely or lawfully be fulfilled. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

The price, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Payment must be authorised using a payment method offered at checkout. Payment providers may carry out fraud-prevention and security checks under their own terms and privacy notices.

Personalisation and approvals

You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, photographs, dimensions and other personalisation details before submitting them. Where we provide a proof, production may not begin until approval. Once approved or production has started, changes may be impossible or may involve an additional charge. We may make minor positioning or scaling adjustments needed for the production process while preserving the requested design as closely as reasonably possible.

Your uploaded content

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any photograph, artwork, wording or other material you ask us to use. You grant us a limited permission to store, reproduce, adjust and use that material only as needed to review, produce, deliver and support your order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing or unsuitable for production.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Products are supplied for personal and domestic use unless we agree otherwise, so we are not responsible for business losses that were not reasonably contemplated when the order was placed.

Website availability and links

We may update, suspend or change the storefront to maintain security, correct errors or improve our service. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where we are established, without taking away any mandatory protections available to you where you live. The courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
